Join us in celebrating 50 years of Discipleship Unlimited! This special video highlights our journey of empowering incarcerated women through faith, offering hope, healing, and tools for reentry. We give thanks to God for His guidance and celebrate the lives transformed by His grace.
In the Murray Unit's faith dorm, 25 college students from Highland Baptist Church participated in classes, sharing testimonies, leading worship, and celebrating the release of two alumni after decades of incarceration. This powerful connection continues to impact both the students and the incarcerated women, demonstrating God's transformative work through shared experiences and prayer.
Andrea’s story at D.U. Ranch highlights God’s faithfulness as she committed to her recovery, saved for a car, and shared her journey with other incarcerated women. Despite the heartache of being separated from her children, she experienced the joy of reuniting with them on Mother’s Day, a moment of answered prayer.
Odessey’s story shows the transformative power of Discipleship Unlimited. Once homeless and incarcerated, she found hope in our faith dorm program and came to The Ranch in 2022. Initially unmotivated, she cared for baby kangaroos and received dentures from a Christian dentist. Fast forward two years—Odessey is now the assistant manager of a Little Caesar's, has lost 100 pounds, paid off her car, and rents her own home. She also mentors women in the same prison dorm where she once stayed. Her life is truly transformed inside and out.
Recently, Amanda and Jeremy went back to the Marlin Unit where Amanda was incarcerated. She talked to the women about the power of a praying wife. This is the story of a family ambushed by the love of God.
